Congregational Care Form

Congregational Care exists to come alongside those in the Reflect Church family through seasons of sorrow, sickness, difficult challenges, and setbacks. The ministry provides support from counseling to guiding members who are grieving.

 

We've adopted a member-helping-member care model that offers hope for people experiencing tough times. Those receiving care are supported compassionately and encouraged in their Christian faith. Please complete the form below and a leader will contact you upon receipt.
